We read the intent with the architect or client and agree on material, finish and budget direction.
Shop drawings
Fully detailed fabrication drawings and structural calculations, approved before any metal is touched.
Fabrication
Laser cutting, forming, welding and assembly in our workshop, to tolerance and under inspection.
Finishing
Grinding, polishing, coating or patination: a finish that lasts as long as the building.
Installation
Our own installation crews lay out, install and hand over, leaving a clean site, a signed handover and no open punch list.
Quality
Quality control at every stage.
Every package runs against an approved inspection and test plan, backed by the ISO 9001 certified system of our fabrication partner.
Engineering
Design review, shop drawing approval cycle, calculation checks, BIM clash review
Procurement
Approved vendor list, material submittals, mill certificates, SASO conformity
Fabrication
Fit-up inspection, welding visual and NDT per ITP, dimensional checks on calibrated instruments, coating DFT tests
Delivery
